Abstract

The restriction enzymes of bacteria are used to cut and insert the two strands of double-stranded DNA at di erent positions that cause overhangs of single stranded DNA. We developed an encoding transition table of an intuitionistic fuzzy Turing ma- chine that processes series of restriction(cut) and ligation of DNA fragments or oligonu- cleotides that can be used to nd the Body Mass Index of human being.
